That's Italian!

So, I think the Italian came through just fine. Hazel is starting to like red sauce and "meatballs". She also mastered the slurping in of the noodle! Fettuccine to boot! Still needs a little work on twirling the noodles on the fork, but she's only 2!!!

Woodstock

That's our little naked hippie girl groovin to the music at the park on Monday. Hazel had a blast dancing, jumping, twirling, and obviously taking off her top! She did arrive with one of her 2 favorite Beatles shirts on, but decided she needed her freedom. Guess she was born a few decades too late!

Beat'n the Heat

There is no better way to stay cool than jumping in a pool of cold water.

Watering her toes.

Yep, that's our girl! Drinking the pool water.

No pool episode is complete in our backyard without a little skinny dip! Don't say you weren't warned!

Ready to Stroll

All decked out for summer in hat, flip flops, and shorts and ready for a nice stroll.

Hard to tell, but those toes are pink. The primping has already started.

And she's off. The busy mother of 2 babies and she has to walk the doggie too!!!!!

Ride-On

Hazel has started to ride her yellow bike more and is becoming pretty good at steering and coasting along.

Sunday In the Sun

Portland does this awesome summer event once a month called, Sunday Parkways. They make a route and close the streets to traffic and families come out walk, bike, skate all or part of it. The routes go by parks and they have music, food, booths, fun so you can stop and rest and enjoy! We discovered a new park in North Portland, Pennisula Park, with a beautiful fountain and roses. Hazel and Zoe had fun sitting by the water eating ice cream sandwiches.

Yummmy....melty sticky ice cream fingers.

Say Cheese!

Summer: It's Official

Oregon has finally caught up to the rest of the world and summer is here! Love to see the bare legs, hats and shades!! And what could be better than swinging with her buddy, Malcolm.

Jikes....it was unavoidable...but already??? Why couldn't Hazel just keep playing along that the big slide didn't exist, wasn't there???
