Against my constant pleas not to leave, they did it anyway. Those darn Canadians...come to the USA, make us love them and then break our hearts by moving back home for some ridiculous reasons as jobs and family! We are so sad that Malcolm and his Mom and Dad had to go, but look forward to vacations in Canada with them or down here in the days to come! Malcolm has to keep in touch with his Hazels!

Zoey!!!!!

Zoey and her Mamma came over the other night for dinner. Getting cleaned up after a long walk to see chickens and delicious chocolate zuchinni bread (sticky gooey brown yumminess all over their mouths!)

All cleaned and into jammies and the best toy ever...an old box!

Saturday we celebrated JoJo's 7th birthday and did our first "sleep-over". Party was great, sleep-over...will get better with age! But they obviously weren't slowed down by the late bed-time. This was the after breakfast dance session! Yep, that's Nate in yellow!!!

Harvest Festival

Went out to the Pumpkin Patch to pick the last few berries we could find and get some of the fall yummies! Hazel had fun on a hayride and playing on the hay pyramid! Next....visit for the pumpkins!

Uma Zuma! and Itchy Mitch!

Got to spend a weekend with Auntie Uma and Mitch from Eureka. Had a great time riding the "train" (the Max) through the tunnel and through downtown to take a great hike. And we got to celebrate Uma's birthday with her (a little early, but Hazel loves to bring out the candles!).
